Common use of Purchaser Certificate Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Certificate. Seller shall have received a certificate, dated as of the Closing Date and signed on behalf of Purchaser by an authorized representative of Purchaser, stating that the conditions set forth in Section 6.03(a) and Section 6.03(b) have been satisfied.

Purchaser Certificate. Seller shall have received a certificate, dated as of the Closing Date and signed on behalf of Purchaser by an authorized representative executive officer of Purchaser, stating that the conditions set forth in Section 6.03(a) and Section 6.03(b) have been satisfied.

Purchaser Certificate. Seller shall have received a certificate, dated as of the Principal Closing Date and signed on behalf of Purchaser by an authorized representative of Purchaser, stating that the conditions set forth in Section 6.03(a) and Section 6.03(b) have been satisfied.

Purchaser Certificate. Seller The Sellers shall have received from Purchaser a certificate, dated as of the Closing Date and signed on behalf of Purchaser by an a duly authorized representative officer of Purchaser, stating that each of the conditions set forth in Section 6.03(a5.3(a) and Section 6.03(b5.3(b) have been satisfied.

Purchaser Certificate. Seller shall have received a certificate, dated as of the Closing Date and signed on behalf of Purchaser by an authorized representative of Purchaser, stating that the conditions set forth in Section 6.03(a) (Representations and Warranties) and Section 6.03(b) (Performance of Obligations of Purchaser) have been satisfied.
