Common use of Purchaser Designated for Notice Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Designated for Notice. If there is more than one Purchaser, Seller shall be required to give notice to only one of those parties. Purchaser shall designate the party to receive notice, and if no one party is designated, Seller shall be deemed to have given adequate notice with notice given in accordance with this Section to any one of the parties comprising Purchaser.
