Common use of Purchaser Funding Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Funding. Funding of the purchase of the eContract shall be accomplished in accordance with the separate agreement of the relevant Participants (transferor and the transferee). Dealertrack has no responsibility for determining when, or whether, funding or payment has occurred. The occurrence or non-occurrence of funding or payment shall not be relevant to a determination of the Owner of Record on the System.
