Common use of Purchaser Groups’ Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Groups’ Liabilities. The obligations of the Administrator, each Purchaser Agent and each Purchaser under the Transaction Documents are solely the corporate obligations of such Person. No recourse shall be had for any obligation or claim arising out of or based upon any Transaction Document against any member, employee, officer, director or incorporator of any such Person.
