Common use of Purchaser's Access During Construction Clause in Contracts

Purchaser's Access During Construction. Prior to occupancy and during the construction of the Unit, Purchaser is expressly denied access to the Unit at any time without the express consent of the Seller and a pre-arranged appointment with Seller at such times and on such days as Seller may deem appropriate, in Seller's sole discretion. Purchaser hereby acknowledges that during construction there may be periods when the Unit cannot be accessed and Seller shall have no obligation to provide access to the Unit for Purchaser's inspection prior to the orientation outlined in Section 12.6. Any and all access to the Unit shall be at Purchaser's sole risk. Seller shall have the right to limit the number of individuals allowed access to the Unit at any pre-arranged appointment. Only employees and contractors of Seller, acting pursuant to Seller's written instructions and directions, are authorized to work on the Unit. Prior to closing, Purchaser and Purchaser's agents are prohibited from working on the property themselves or from directing others, including, but not limited to, any contractors or subcontractors working on the Unit.
