Common use of Purchaser’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

Purchaser’s Certificate. Purchaser shall have delivered to Sellers a certificate executed by an authorized officer of Purchaser dated the Closing Date certifying that the conditions specified in this Section above have been fulfilled.

Purchaser’s Certificate. Purchaser shall have delivered to Sellers Seller a certificate executed by an authorized officer of Purchaser dated the Closing Date and executed by a manager or authorized member of Purchaser, certifying that to the satisfaction of the conditions specified set forth in this Section above have been fulfilled5.3(a) and Section 5.3(b).

Purchaser’s Certificate. Purchaser shall have delivered to Sellers Seller a certificate executed by an authorized officer of Purchaser dated the Closing Date certifying signed on behalf of Purchaser by one of its executive officers to the effect that the conditions specified in this Section above Sections 7.3(a), 7.3(b) and 7.3(c) have been fulfilledsatisfied.

Purchaser shall have delivered to Sellers Seller a certificate executed by an authorized officer certificate, dated as of Purchaser dated the Closing Date and executed in the name and on behalf of Purchaser, certifying that the conditions specified set forth in this Section above 8.3 have been fulfilledsatisfied.
