Purchaser’s Due Diligence Review. With respect to each Loan Pool, the Purchaser shall be entitled to conduct a due diligence review in order to ensure that the Mortgage Loans included in such Loan Pool meet the requirements set forth in the related Commitment Letter and this Agreement. Such due diligence review shall be conducted in accordance with the timetable and any additional terms and conditions set forth in the related Commitment Letter. The Purchaser's due diligence review shall not result in a waiver of or impair or diminish the rights of the Purchaser under this Agreement with respect to a breach of representations or warranties of the applicable Seller or Sellers.
