Purchasers' Further Deliveries. Any time, and from time to time after the Closing Date, at the reasonable request of the Sellers and without further consideration, the Purchasers will execute and deliver such other instruments of assumption and confirmation and take such action as Sellers may reasonably determine is necessary to ensure the transition of the Business from the Sellers to the Purchasers in an orderly and smooth fashion.
