Purchaser’s Right to Examine Servicer Records; Reports. The Purchaser shall have the right to examine and audit, during business hours or at such other times as are reasonable under applicable circumstances, upon reasonable notice any and all of (i) the credit and other loan files relating to the Mortgage Loans or the Mortgagors, (ii) any and all books, records, documentation or other information of the Servicer (whether held by the Servicer or by another) relating to the servicing of the Mortgage Loans and (iii) any and all books, records, documentation or other information of the Servicer (whether held by the Servicer or by another) that are relevant to the performance or observance by the Servicer of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement. The Servicer shall be obligated to make the foregoing information available to the Purchaser at the site where such information is stored; provided that the Purchaser shall be required to pay all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the Servicer in making such information available. In addition, the Seller and Servicer shall furnish upon request by the Purchaser, during the term of this Agreement, such periodic, special or other reports or information, whether or not provided for herein, as shall be necessary, reasonable and appropriate with respect to the purposes of this Agreement and applicable regulations. All such reports or information shall be provided by and in accordance with all reasonable instructions and directions the Purchaser may require.
