Common use of Purchaser’s Waiver of Objections Clause in Contracts

Purchaser’s Waiver of Objections. Purchaser acknowledges that it has inspected the Property, observed its physical characteristics and existing conditions and had the opportunity to conduct such investigations and studies on and off said Property and adjacent areas as it deems or deemed necessary, and Purchaser hereby waives any and all objections to or complaints (including but not limited to actions based on federal, state or common law and any private right of action under CERCLA, RCRA or any other state and federal law to which the Property is or may be subject, including any rights of contribution or indemnity) against Seller, its Affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, partners, members, owners, employees or agents regarding physical characteristics and existing conditions, including without limitation structural and geologic conditions, subsurface soil and water conditions and solid and hazardous waste and Hazardous Substances on, under, adjacent to or otherwise affecting the Property or related to prior uses of the Property.
