Common use of PURCHASES AT DISCOUNT Clause in Contracts

PURCHASES AT DISCOUNT. Unless otherwise specified in the Distribution Agreement, each purchase of Retail Notes by the Purchasing Agent shall be at a discount from the principal amount of each such Retail Note equivalent to the applicable percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto. Unless otherwise specified in the Distribution Agreement, each purchase of Institutional Notes by any Agent shall be at a discount from the principal amount of each such Institutional Note equivalent to the applicable percentage set forth in Schedule 2 hereto.

PURCHASES AT DISCOUNT. Unless otherwise specified in the Distribution Agreement, each purchase of Retail Notes by the Purchasing Agent shall be at a discount from the principal amount of each such Retail Note equivalent to the applicable percentage set forth in Schedule SCHEDULE 1 hereto. Unless otherwise specified in the Distribution Agreement, each purchase of Institutional Notes by any Agent shall be at a discount from the principal amount of each such Institutional Note equivalent to the applicable percentage set forth in Schedule SCHEDULE 2 hereto.
