Common use of Purchasing Entity Clause in Contracts

The Lead State, Participating Entity or a city, county, district or other political subdivision of the Lead State or a Participating Entity, or a nonprofit organization authorized under a Participating Addendum , who issues a Purchase Order against the Contract and becomes financially committed to the purchase of Services hereunder
