Purpose and Amount. 1.1 The Lender agrees to grant the Borrower a loan with a maximum principal amount of RMB255,000 pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The loan shall be paid in RMB. The Loan shall be interest free for its entire term. 1.2 Subject to the following conditions precedent, the Lender shall remit the Loan into the bank account designated by the Borrower within 5 days upon receipt of the withdrawal request sent by the Borrower, and the Borrower shall confirm receipt of the Loan in writing.
