Purpose of Access. For the purpose of facilitating the orientation of new Employees and, in particular, familiarising such Employees with this Agreement, the Union shall be provided, in writing on a quarterly basis, with the date, times and venues of any orientation/induction programs and be permitted to attend. If the dates of these programs are fixed in advance for regular day and time, then a list should be sent to the Union forthwith.
Purpose of Access. Provide a brief description of the purpose(s) of collecting samples and the subsequent research that will be undertaken using them. Include a statement setting out the means of labelling the Samples. The Regulations require that appropriate labelling of Samples must be undertaken and that records relating to the Samples collected must also be kept. Records must include: • a unique identifier for each sample, marked either on a label attached to the sample, or the container holding the sample. • the date the sample was taken. • the place from which the sample was taken. • an appropriate indication of the quantity or size of the sample. • the scientific name of, or given to, the sample. • the location of the sample when first entered in the record (ie where the Sample is initially housed). • the details about any subsequent transfer of the sample, including the names and addresses of others having possession of the sample, or a part of the sample. Include details of any proposed transmission of samples to third parties. Third parties may include museums, research institutions, individual researchers or commercial organisations.
Purpose of Access. Contactor acknowledges that any Confidential Information that has been disclosed to it by Company has been disclosed solely for the purpose of enabling Contractor to perform its duties hereunder. Contractor agrees that all Confidential Information, whether provided by Company prior to or after the commencement date hereof, is the exclusive property of Company, and further agrees that all of Company’s subscribers are and shall remain customers of Company.
Purpose of Access. Consultant acknowledges that any Confidential Information that has been disclosed to it by Comcast has been disclosed solely for the purpose of enabling Consultant to perform its duties hereunder. Consultant agrees that all Confidential Information, whether provided by Comcast prior to or after the commencement date h ereof, is the exclusive property of Comcast, and further agrees that all of Comcast's subscribers are and shall remain customers of Comcast.
Purpose of Access. Each Party acknowledges that any Confidential Information that has been disclosed to it by the disclosing Party, or that the receiving Party has come into possession of, has been disclosed solely for the purpose of enabling the receiving Party to perform its obligations hereunder. Each Party agrees that all Confidential Information, whether provided by the disclosing Party prior to or after the commencement date hereof or that the receiving Party otherwise comes into possession of, is the exclusive property of the disclosing Party and, in addition, CSG further agrees that all of Customer’s subscribers are and shall remain customers of Customer, until or unless Customer de-converts such subscribers to another provider for whom CSG provides billing services. Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless CSG, its Affiliates, successors and assigns from any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from Customer’s access to or use of Former Subscribers’ Customer Data retained by CSG during the Customer-specified data retention period.
Purpose of Access. As a condition of your use of the website, Lienholder warrants that it will not use the website or any information contained on or accessed from the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by applicable laws. Xxxxxxxxxx agrees that it will only access information on individuals with whom it has a vehicle lien or lease agreement in effect, or if a dealer, it will only access information on policyholders of Insurer with whom it has recently sold a vehicle, and only for the purpose of verifying insurance coverage or updating lienholder or lessor information on the vehicle. Xxxxxxxxxx further agrees that it shall not disclose or use any of the information provided to it by Insurer except as necessary to carry out the terms of this Agreement and for the stated purpose of verifying insurance coverage and to permit certain information to be updated online. If at any point a user is no longer employed with Lienholder, it is the Lienholder’s responsibility to notify Insurer and verify the user’s access is terminated.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in the Agreement shall be construed to apply to Personal Information that CSG may have access to and use of for one of CSG’s third-party customers other than Customer to the extent such Personal Information has been provided by or collected by CSG on behalf of such third-party customer and is processed by CSG solely in connection with its provision of a product or service to such third-party customer. Customer Data shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of Customer.
