Communication during parental leave. (a) Where an employee is on parental leave and a definite decision has been made to introduce significant change at the workplace, the employer shall take reasonable steps to:
(i) make information available in relation to any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the employee held before commencing parental leave; and
(ii) provide an opportunity for the employee to discuss any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the employee held before commencing parental leave.
(b) The employee shall take reasonable steps to inform the employer about any significant matter that will affect the employee’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the employee intends to return to work and whether the employee intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis.
(c) The employee shall also notify the employer of changes of address or other contact details which might affect the employer’s capacity to comply with (a) above.
Communication during parental leave. (a) Where an Employee is on parental leave and a definite decision has been made to introduce significant change at the workplace, the Employer shall take reasonable steps to:
(i) make information available in relation to any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Employee held before commencing parental leave; and
(ii) provide an opportunity for the Employee to discuss any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Employee held before commencing parental leave.
(b) The Employee shall take reasonable steps to inform the Employer about any significant matter that will affect the Employee’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the Employee intends to return to work and whether the Employee intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis.
(c) The Employee shall also notify the Employer of change of address or other contact details which might affect the Employer’s capacity to comply with paragraph 19.5(a).
Communication during parental leave. Where an employee is on parental leave and a definite decision has been made to introduce significant change at the workplace, the employer shall take reasonable steps to:

(a) Where an Eligible Employee is on parental leave and the Employer proposes a change that will have a significant effect within the meaning of clause 16 (Consultation) of this Agreement on the Eligible Employee's pre-parental leave position, the Employer will comply with the requirements of clause 16 (Consultation) which include but are not limited to providing:
(i) information in accordance with subclause 16.4; and
(ii) an opportunity for discussions with the Eligible Employee and, where applicable, the Eligible Employee's representative in accordance with subclause 16.6.
(b) The Eligible Employee will take reasonable steps to inform the Employer about any significant matter that arises whilst the Eligible Employee is taking parental leave that will affect the Eligible Employee's decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the Eligible Employee intends to return to work and whether the Eligible Employee intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis.
(c) The Eligible Employee will also notify the Employer of changes of address or other contact details which might affect the Employer's capacity to comply with subclause 59.17.
Communication during parental leave. 25.4.1 Where an employee is on parental leave and a definite decision has been made to introduce significant change at the workplace, the Company shall take reasonable steps to:
25.4.1 (a) make information available in relation to any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the employee held before commencing parental leave; and

a. make information available in relation to any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Employee held before commencing parental leave; and
b. provide an opportunity for the Employee to discuss any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Employee held before commencing parental leave.
48.17.2 The Employee shall take reasonable steps to inform the Employer about any significant matter that will affect the Employee’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the Employee intends to return to work and whether the Employee intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis.
48.17.3 The Employee shall also notify the Employer of changes of address or other contact details which might affect the Employer’s capacity to comply with clause 48.17.
Communication during parental leave. (i) Where a Teacher is on parental leave and a definite decision has been made to introduce significant change at the workplace, the School shall take reasonable steps to:
(A) Make information available in relation to any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Teacher held before commencing parental leave; and
(B) Provide an opportunity for the Teacher to discuss any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Teacher held before commencing parental leave.
(ii) The Teacher shall take reasonable steps to inform the School about any significant matter that will affect the Teacher’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the Teacher intends to return to work and whether the Teacher intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis.
(iii) The Teacher shall also notify the School of changes of address or other contact details which might affect the School’s capacity to comply with clause 12.2(g)(i).
Communication during parental leave. Where a Teacher is on parental leave and a definite decision has been made to introduce significant change at the workplace, the School shall take reasonable steps to:
(i) make information available in relation to any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Teacher held before commencing parental leave; and
(ii) provide an opportunity for the Teacher to discuss any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Teacher held before commencing parental leave. The Teacher shall take reasonable steps to inform the School about any significant matter that will affect the Teacher’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the Teacher intends to return to work and whether the Teacher intends to request to return to work on a Part-Time basis. The Teacher shall also notify the School of changes of address or other contact details which might affect the School’s capacity to comply with clause 19.7(a)(i).

(i) make information available in relation to any significant effect the change will have on the location, status or responsibility level of the position the employee held before commencing parental leave; and
(ii) provide an opportunity for the employee to discuss any significant effect the change will have on the location, status or responsibility level of the position the employee held before commencing parental leave.
(b) The employee shall take reasonable steps to inform the employer about any significant matter that will affect the employee’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the employee intends to return to work and whether the employee intends to return to work on a part-time basis.
(c) The employee shall also notify the employer of changes of address or other contact details which might affect the employer’s capacity to comply with subclause (11)(a) of this clause.

(i) make information available to the Employee in relation to any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Employee held before commencing parental leave; and
(ii) provide an opportunity for the Employee to discuss any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Employee held before commencing parental leave.
(b) The Employee shall take reasonable steps to inform the Employer about any significant matter that will affect the Employee’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the Employee intends to return to work and whether the Employee intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis.
(c) The Employee shall also notify the Employer of changes of address or other contact details which might affect the Employer’s capacity to comply with clause 28.7(a).
