Purpose of Addendum. You agree this Addendum shall modify the terms of the Lease, specifically Paragraphs 1 and 2, to memorialize (a) the total cost of all rents owed to Us during the Lease term and (b) to modify the amount and date of payment of rent into equal installment payments of rent without regard as to when You take possession of the Home. This Addendum shall also memorialize that Your Home is a single bedroom in a larger apartment suite, and it shall also address how electric utilities are provided to the Home. X
