Common use of Purpose of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the first amendment to the Original Contract between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 13th day of October, 2014. The purpose of this Amendment is to revise Paragraph 3 of the Original Contract to extend the term of the Original Agreement to July 27, 2015. For and in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth below, City and Contractor agree to the following:

This Amendment shall constitute the first second amendment to the Original Contract Agreement between City and Contractor Attorney which was duly executed on the 13th 8th day of OctoberJanuary, 20142018. The purpose of this Amendment is to revise Paragraph 3 of the Original Contract Agreement to extend the term of the Original Agreement to July 27, 2015. For and in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth below, City and Contractor agree to the following:agreement.

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the first amendment to the Original Contract Agreement between City and Contractor Consultant which was duly executed on the 13th 8th day of October, 2014June 2015. The purpose of this Amendment is to revise Paragraph Paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Original Contract Agreement to extend the term of the Original Agreement contract and to July 27, 2015. For and revise payment amounts as described in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth below, City and Contractor agree to the following:Attachment A herein.
