Common use of Purpose of Assessments Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Assessments. The Assessments levied by the Association shall be used exclusively to promote the economic interests, safety, and welfare of all of the Owners of Units in the Project, and the tenants and other occupants of such Units, and to enable the Association to perform its obligations hereunder.
