Common use of Purpose of Assessments Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Assessments. The assessments levied by the Association shall be for the purpose of promoting the recreation, scenic enjoyment, health, welfare and safety of the residents and for protecting, advancing and promoting the environment of the properties for the common benefit and enjoyment of the owners and occupants of residences, improvement and maintenance of the common areas and other common facilities and areas of common responsibilities including but not limited to repair, replacement and additions thereto, and for the cost of labor, equipment and materials, management and supervision thereof, all as may be authorized from time to time by the Board of Directors.
