The Parties shall comply with national Laws and regulations on anti-commercial bribery, ensure legal business transactions between the Parties, and shall never damage either party's interest for the purpose of improper cooperation interest in any illegal or corruptible manner. The Parties shall strictly comply with this Agreement. The term commercial bribery used in this Agreement refers to all direct or indirect improper interests in material, service or spiritual forms given by Party B or its personnel to Party A's employees in order to obtain the opportunity of cooperation with Party A and cooperation benefits.
