COMMISSION is providing grant funds to GRANTEE for the programs and services described in Exhibits A and B in order to assist GRANTEE in improving service systems, changing policies, or providing programs in one or more of the established goals of outcome areas of “Families,” “Communities,” “Early Care and Education Systems,” and “Health-Related Systems” outlined in the First 5 LA 2015-2020 Strategic Plan: Focusing for the Future.
