Common use of Purpose of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any acceleration, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 7; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 8; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders Combined Noteholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any accelerationand its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders Combined Noteholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 76; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 87; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.028.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Combined Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders Noteholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 IX for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any accelerationand its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders Noteholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 7VI; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 8VII; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.0210.2; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders Debentureholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 10 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any accelerationand its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders Debentureholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 7; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 8; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.0211.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes Debentures under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 9 for any of the following purposes: (a1) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this the Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder or (in each case, as permitted under the rescission of any accelerationIndenture) and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 76; (b2) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 87; (c3) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or (d4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provision of this the Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 14 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this the Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any accelerationand its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 74; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 8Six of the Base Indenture; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.027.03; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provision of this the Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 9 for any of the following purposes: (a) : to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any acceleration(in each case, as permitted under this Indenture) and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 7; (b) 6; to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 8; (c) 7; to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or (d) or to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders Noteholders of any series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 X for any of the following purposes: (a1) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any accelerationwith respect to such series and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders Noteholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 7VII; (b2) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 8VIII; (c3) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.0211.2; or (d4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes of such series under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 9 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any acceleration, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 76; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 87; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 ‎Article 9 for any of the following purposes: (a) : to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any acceleration(in each case, as permitted under this Indenture) and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 7; (b) ‎Article 6; to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 8; (c) ‎Article 7; to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section ‎Section 10.02; or (d) or to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 7 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this the Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any accelerationand its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 75; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 8Seven of the Base Indenture; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.028.03; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provision of this the Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders Debentureholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 11 for any of the following purposes:: 66 (ai) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any accelerationand its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders Debentureholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 78; (bii) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 89; (ciii) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.0212.02; or (div) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes Debentures under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders Debentureholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 X for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any accelerationand its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders Debentureholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 7VII; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 8VIII; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or11.2; (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes Debentures under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law; or (e) to take any other action authorized by this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders Noteholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 10 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any accelerationand its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders Noteholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 77 hereof; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 88 hereof; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or11.2 hereof; (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law; or (e) to take any other action authorized by this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders of the Notes may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 6 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this the Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any accelerationand its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders of the Notes pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 75; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 8Section 609 of the Base Indenture; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.027.03; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of the Notes of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provision of this the Indenture or under applicable law.

Purpose of Meetings. A meeting of Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 13 7 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this the Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder or the rescission of any accelerationand its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 75; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 8Section 9.09 of the Base Indenture; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.028.03; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provision of this the Indenture or under applicable law.
