Purpose of the Processing. 3.1. The purpose of processing personal data is to provide the Services in accordance with the Subscription Agreement (“Purpose”). 3.2. The Processor may only process personal data for the Purpose and to the extent necessary to fulfill Processor’s obligations under this DPA, the Subscription Agreement and written instructions.
