PURPOSE OF THE SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT/SUBRECIPIENT DUTIES. A. The purpose of this Subrecipient Agreement is to establish the terms, conditions, and requirements governing the administration and use of the financial assistance received by or used by Subrecipient pursuant to this Subrecipient Agreement. All Exhibits are incorporated and are deemed to be a part of this Subrecipient Agreement as if fully set forth therein. LCDJFS agrees to purchase, and Subrecipient agrees to furnish specific services to eligible individuals as detailed in Exhibit 1, “Program Description”.
