Purposes of Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Purchaser and Parent agree that this Agreement is intended to set forth certain principal business terms upon which they will enter into International Selling Agreements during the Term and that nothing herein creates an International Selling Agreement.
