Common use of Purposes of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Purposes of Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the purposes of this Agreement are to: 3.1 record the terms and conditions by which Council agrees to the Owner constructing and completing the Infrastructure Projects, facilitate the Amendment, the rezoning of the Subject Land and its redevelopment; and 3.2 achieve and advance the objectives of planning in Victoria and the objectives of the Planning Scheme in respect of the Subject Land.

Purposes of Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the purposes of this Agreement are to: 3.1 record the terms and conditions by which Council agrees to the Owner constructing and completing paying the Infrastructure Projects, facilitate the Amendment, the rezoning of the Subject Land and its redevelopmentXxxx; and 3.2 achieve and advance the objectives of planning in Victoria and the objectives of the Planning Scheme in respect of the Subject Land.

Purposes of Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the purposes of this Agreement are to: 3.1 record the terms and conditions by which Council agrees to the Owner constructing and completing the Infrastructure Projects, facilitate the Amendment, the rezoning of the Subject Land and its redevelopmentproviding Social Housing; and 3.2 achieve and advance the objectives of planning in Victoria and the objectives of the Planning Scheme in respect of the Subject Land.

Purposes of Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the purposes of this Agreement are to: 3.1 record provide satisfactory development contributions arising from the development of the Subject Land for urban purposes including recording the terms and conditions by on which Council agrees to the Owner constructing and completing will carry out the Infrastructure Projects, facilitate the Amendment, the rezoning of the Subject Land and its redevelopmentTraffic Mitigation Works; and 3.2 achieve and advance the objectives of planning in Victoria and the objectives of the Planning Scheme in respect of the Subject Land.

Purposes of Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the purposes of this Agreement are to: 3.1 record the terms and conditions by which Council agrees give effect to the Owner constructing and completing agreement prior to the Infrastructure Projects, facilitate the Amendment, the rezoning adoption of the Subject Land and its redevelopmentPlanning Scheme amendment to construct the road; and 3.2 achieve and advance the objectives of planning in Victoria and the objectives of the Planning Scheme in respect of the Subject Land.
