Common use of Purposes of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of holders of Notes may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 5; (b) to remove the Trustee and appoint a successor Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 6; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.2; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Notes, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

A meeting of holders Securityholders of Notes any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 Eight for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by holders Securityholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 5Five; (b) to remove the Trustee and appoint nominate a successor Trustee trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 6Six; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.29.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Notes, such Securities under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

A meeting of holders of Notes Noteholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 Seven for any of the following purposes: (a1) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any default hereunder under this Indenture and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by holders Noteholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 5Four; (b2) to remove the Trustee and appoint nominate a successor Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 6Five; (c3) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto to this Indenture pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.28.02; or (d4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Notes, Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

A meeting of holders Securityholders of Notes any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 8 for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by holders Securityholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 5; (b) to remove the Trustee and appoint nominate a successor Trustee trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 6; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.29.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Notes, such Securities under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

A meeting of holders of Notes Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 Thirteen for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by holders Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 5Five; (b) to remove the Trustee and appoint nominate a successor Trustee trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 6Six; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.2902; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Notes, such Securities under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

A meeting of holders Holders of the Senior Notes may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 Eight for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company Corporation or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by holders Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 5Five; (b) to remove the Trustee and appoint nominate a successor Trustee trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 6Six; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.29.2; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Notes, such Senior Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of holders of Notes Noteholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 X for any of the following purposes: (a1) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, Trustee or to give any directions to the TrusteeTrustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by holders Noteholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 5VII; (b2) to remove the Trustee and appoint nominate a successor Trustee trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 6;VIII. (c3) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.2; or (d4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Notes, Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.
