Common use of Purposes of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Holders of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article Nine for any of the following purposes: (1) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee for such series, or to give any directions to the Trustee for such series, or to consent to the waiving of any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article Five; (2) to remove the Trustee for such series and appoint a successor Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article Six; (3) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.02; or (4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Debt Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Holders Securityholders of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article Nine for any of the following purposes: (1) to give any notice to the Company Company, the Guarantor (if applicable) or to the Trustee for such seriesTrustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee for such seriesTrustee, or to consent to the waiving of waive any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders Securityholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article FiveSix; (2) to remove the Trustee for such series and appoint a successor Trustee trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article SixSeven; (3) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.0210.02; or (4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Debt Securities of any one or more or all such series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Holders of Securities of all or any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article Nine for any of the following purposes: (1) to give any notice to the Company Issuer, any Guarantor or to the Trustee for such seriesTrustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee for such seriesTrustee, or to consent to the waiving of waive any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by the Holders of Securities pursuant to any of the provisions of Article FiveSix; (2) to remove the Trustee for such series and appoint a successor Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article SixSeven; (3) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.0210.02; or (4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified percentage in aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Debt Securities of all or any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Holders of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article Nine IX for any of the following purposes: (1) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee for such series, or to give any directions to the Trustee for such series, or to consent to the waiving of any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article FiveV; (2) to remove the Trustee for such series and appoint a successor Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article SixVI; (3) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.0211.2; or (4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Debt Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

A meeting of the Holders of Securities of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article Nine Ten for any of the following purposes: (1i) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee for the Securities of such series, or to give any directions to the Trustee for the Securities of such series, or to consent waive any Default or Event of Default with respect to the waiving Securities of any default such series hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by the Holders of Securities of such series pursuant to any of the provisions of Article FiveSix; (2ii) to remove the Trustee for the Securities of such series and appoint a successor Trustee trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article SixSeven; (3iii) to consent to the execution of an indenture any amendment, supplement or indentures supplemental hereto waiver pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.029.02; or (4iv) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Debt outstanding Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, such series under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Holders of the Debt Securities of all or any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article Nine Ten for any of the following purposes: (1) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee for with respect to such series, or to give any directions to the Trustee for such seriesTrustee, or to consent to the waiving of any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article FiveSeven; (2) to remove the Trustee for such series and appoint nominate a successor Trustee trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article SixEight; (3) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.02; or (4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Debt Securities of all or any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

A meeting of Holders holders of Notes of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article Nine for any of the following purposes: (1) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee for such seriesTrustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee for such seriesTrustee, or to consent waive any default or Event of Default hereunder with respect to the waiving Notes of any default hereunder such series and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders such holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article FiveSix; (2) to remove the Trustee for with respect to the Notes of such series and appoint a successor Trustee trustee with respect to the Notes of such series pursuant to the provisions of Article SixSeven; (3) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.0210.02; or (4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Debt Securities Notes of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, such series under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law."
