Common use of Purposes of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Securityholders of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Securityholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article VIII; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article XI; (c) to consent to the execution of an Indenture or of indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 14.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Securityholders of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX VIII for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company Corporation or to the Debenture Trustee, or to give any directions to the Debenture Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Securityholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article VIIIV; (b) to remove the Debenture Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article XIVI; (c) to consent to the execution of an Indenture indenture or of indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 14.029.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the such Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Securityholders of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company Issuer or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Securityholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article VIII; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article XI; (c) to consent to the execution of an Indenture or of indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 14.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

A meeting of Securityholders of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX Nine for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company Company, the Guarantor or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Securityholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article VIIIEight; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article XIEleven; (c) to consent to the execution of an Indenture or of indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 14.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

A meeting of Securityholders of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX VIII for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Guarantor or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Securityholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article VIIIV hereof; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article XIVI hereof; (c) to consent to the execution of an Indenture indenture or of indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 14.029.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the such Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Securityholders of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX X for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Securityholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article VIIIIX; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article XIXII; (c) to consent to the execution of an Indenture or of indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 14.0215.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Securityholders Holders of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX for any of the following purposes: (a1) to give any notice to the Company Company, any Guarantor or to the TrusteeTrustee for such series, or to give any directions to the TrusteeTrustee for such series, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Securityholders Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article VIIIV; (b2) to remove the Trustee for such series and nominate appoint a successor trustee Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article XIVI; (c3) to consent to the execution of an Indenture indenture or of indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 14.0211.2; or (d4) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Debt Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Securityholders of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company Issuers or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Securityholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article VIII; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article XI; (c) to consent to the execution of an Indenture or of indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 14.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

A meeting of Securityholders Holders of Securities of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the TrusteeTrustee for the Securities of such series, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Securityholders Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article VIIIVI; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article XIVII; (c) to consent to the execution of an Indenture indenture or of indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 14.0210.2; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Securityholders of any or all series may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX Nine for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company Company, the Guarantor or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Securityholders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article VIIIEight; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article XIEleven; (c) to consent to the execution of an Indenture or of indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 14.021402; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Securities of any one or more or all series, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.
