Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Noteholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to this Article XI for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Noteholders pursuant to Article XIII; (b) to remove the Trustee pursuant to Article IX; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to Section 13.02 hereof; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Noteholders Securityholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to this Article XI X for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Noteholders Securityholders pursuant to Article XIIIVII; (b) to remove the Trustee pursuant to Article IXVIII; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to Section 13.02 12.2 hereof; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the NotesSecurities, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Noteholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to this Article XI Eleven for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Event of Default default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Noteholders pursuant to Article XIIIEight; (b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor Trustee pursuant to Article IXNine; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to Section 13.02 hereof13.02; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.

Purposes of Meetings. A meeting of Noteholders Security holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to this Article XI Ten for any of the following purposes: (a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to consent to the waiving of any Event of Default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Noteholders Security holders pursuant to Article XIIISeven; (b) to remove the Trustee pursuant to Article IXEight; (c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to Section 13.02 12.02 hereof; or (d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the NotesSecurities, as the case may be, under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.
