Common use of Pursuant to Conn Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 4a-81, the person signing this Contract on behalf of the Contractor represents, to their best knowledge and belief and subject to the penalty of false statement as provided in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 53a-157b, that the Contractor has not entered into any consulting agreements in connection with this Contract, except for the agreements listed below. Additional services include delivery and installation, training, consumables and reagents, and software updates of the Equipment. The Contractor shall remain a manufacturer or authorized manufacturer dealer for product lines offered and be authorized by the manufacturer to provide all Equipment Services including delivery and installation of Equipment at the Client Agency Site.
