Common use of Pursuant to paragraph 2 Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to paragraph 2. 1.6., the Client ensures that his/her current, permanent, or original residence does not operate under the jurisdiction of the United States of America. Should an American domicile, resident , or citizen be interested to use or access the services of the Company, a formal written letter must be requested and sent to the official email. If the user becomes eligible to use or access the services of the Company while performing obligations under the laws of the United States of America, he/she is obligated to provide additional identifications and documents. In this regard, the Client acknowledges that he/she will be bound by a separated conditional agreement and additional terms and conditions.
