Common use of Pursuant to PELRA Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to PELRA. the Board of Education for School District No. 58 (Xxxxxx- Xxxxxxxxxxx) recognizes the Nicola Valley and Princeton District Teachers’ Union as the teachers' union for the negotiation in School District No. 58 (Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxxxx) of all terms and conditions of employment determined to be local matters, and for the administration of this Collective Agreement in School District No. 58 (Xxxxxx- Xxxxxxxxxxx) subject to PELRA and the Provincial Matters Agreement.
