RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. 1. The BCPSEA recognizes the BCTF as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the negotiation and administration of all terms and conditions of employment of all employees within the bargaining unit for which the BCTF is established as the bargaining agent pursuant to PELRA and subject to the provisions of this Collective Agreement.

RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. ‌ 2.1 Bargaining Agent or Recognition‌ The Employer recognizes the B.C. Government and Service Employees' Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees in the bargaining unit.

Pursuant to PELRA, the employer in SD #19 (Revelstoke) recognizes the local (Revelstoke Teachers’ Association) as the teachers' union for the negotiation in SD #19 of all terms and conditions of employment determined to be local matters, and for the administration of this Collective Agreement in SD #19 subject to PELRA and the Provincial Matters Agreement. 3. The BCTF recognizes BCPSEA as the accredited bargaining agent for every school board in British Columbia. BCPSEA has the exclusive authority to bargain collectively for the school boards and to bind the school boards by collective agreement in accordance with Section 2 of Schedule 2 of PELRA.

RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all employees working for the Employer within the geographical jurisdiction of the Union, and within the classifications listed in Article VIII, as long as said Union is affiliated with the AFL-CIO.

The BCTF recognizes BCPSEA as the accredited bargaining agent for every school board in British Columbia. BCPSEA has the exclusive authority to bargain collectively for the school boards and to bind the school boards by collective agreement in accordance with Section 2 of Schedule 2 of PELRA.

RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. ‌ 1.1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for all employees employed at the Washington State Department of Transportation Ferries Division (WSF) as identified in Appendix A and for any additional job classifications, office and administrative in nature, created during the term of this Agreement as specified in the MEC unit clarification order, for the purpose of establishing wages, hours and working conditions.

No. 35 (Langley) subject to PELRA and the Provincial Matters Agreement. 3. The BCTF recognizes BCPSEA as the accredited bargaining agent for every school board in British Columbia. BCPSEA has the exclusive authority to bargain collectively for the school boards and to bind the school boards by collective agreement in accordance with Section 2 of Schedule 2 of PELRA.

RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. A. The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative of those employees of the Company referred to in this Article for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of work and other conditions of employment. B. This Agreement shall apply to all service station employees assigned in classifications listed in Schedule A.

RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. The School Board does hereby recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining representative for the duration of this Agreement for all Health Service Personnel with respect to wages, hours and working conditions, excluding supervisors and all other employees not named herein.
