Common use of Pursuant to PELRA Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to PELRA. the Board of Education for School Xxxxxxxx Xx. 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx recognizes the Prince Xxxxxx District Teachers Association as the teachers' union for the negotiation in School District No. 57 Prince Xxxxxx of all terms and conditions of employment determined to be local matters, and for the administration of this Collective Agreement in School Xxxxxxxx Xx. 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx subject to PELRA and the Provincial Matters Agreement.
