Common use of Pursuant to PELRA Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to PELRA. the employer in each district, the Board of Trustees for School Xxxxxxxx Xx.00 (Abbotsford), recognizes the local in that district, the Abbotsford District Teachers’ Association, as the teachers' union for the negotiation in that district, School District No. 34 (Abbotsford), of all terms and conditions of employment determined to be local matters, and for the administration of this Collective Agreement in that district, School District No. 34 (Abbotsford), subject to PELRA and the Provincial Matters Agreement.
