Pursuant to PELRA. the employer, School District No. 74 (Gold Trail) recognizes the local, Gold Trail Teachers’ Association in School District No. 74 (Gold Trail) as the teachers' union for the negotiation in School District No. 74 (Gold Trail) of all terms and conditions of employment determined to be local matters, and for the administration of this Collective Agreement in School District No. 74 (Gold Trail) subject to PELRA and the Provincial Matters Agreement.
