Pursue other Employment Opportunities without Notice. Either directly or indirectly through any representative or attorney on Coach's behalf, consider, entertain, or accept infonnation regarding, discuss, actively seek, negotiate for, or accept other full-time employment of any nature without providing the Athletics Director with prior notice thereof, including the specific position being discussed and the identity of the prospective employer, including, but not limited to, employment as a Softball coach at any institution of higher education in the United States; or
