Common use of Pursuit of Released Claims Clause in Contracts

Pursuit of Released Claims. Executive agrees to withdraw with prejudice all complaints or charges, if any, he has filed against any Released Party with any agency or court. Executive agrees that he will never file any lawsuit or complaint against them based on the Claims purportedly released in this Release. Executive promises never to seek any damages, remedies, or other relief for himself personally (any right to which he hereby waives) by filing or prosecuting a charge with any administrative agency with respect to any Claim purportedly released by this Release. Executive promises to request any administrative agency or other body assuming jurisdiction of any such lawsuit, complaint, or charge to withdraw from the matter or dismiss the matter with prejudice.
