Common use of Pursuit of Remedies Clause in Contracts

Pursuit of Remedies. Upon the occurrence of an AK Event of Default or a Haverhill Event of Default, the non-defaulting Party may, subject to Section 10.3, pursue its remedies in equity or at law, including the right to terminate this Agreement by delivery of written notice thereof to the other Party. No termination of this Agreement shall release either Party from any obligations (including those arising out of a breach of this Agreement) that may have accrued under this Agreement prior to such termination.
