Should Sponsor assign this Agreement or any part hereto, Sponsor is obliged to promptly inform the Instiution of such assignment. V případě, že Zadavatel převede tuto Smlouvu nebo její část, vyrozumí Poskytovatele bez zbytečného odkladuo takovém postoupení.

Místu Xxxxx provedení klinického hodnocení bude takové postoupení či převod oznámeno bez zbytečného odkladu nabyvatelem.

Místu Xxxxx provedení klinického hodnocení bude takové postoupení či převod oznámeno bez zbytečného odkladu nabyvatelem. Zadavatel bude oprávněn postoupit všechna svá práva podle této Smlouvy bez předchozího písemného souhlasu Místa provádění klinického hodnocení.

Na základě žádosti Zadavatele, Quintiles This Agreement or any of the respective rights and obligations hereunder granted to Sponsor may be assigned by Sponsor without prior written consent of Institution or Investigator. Zadavatel je oprávněn převést tuto Smlouvu na Zadavatele nebo jakoukoli třetí stranu, a Quintiles nebude odpovědný za jakékoli závazky či odpovědnosti dle této Smlouvy, jež vyplynou po datu převodu osobu a Místo provedení klinického hodnocení tímto souhlasí s takovým postoupenímpostoupením souhlasí. Místu provedení klinického hodnocení bude takové postoupení postupníkem zasláno bezodkladně písemné oznámení o takovém převodu. Tato Smlouva, či převod oznámeno kterékoli z příslušných práv a povinností, uložené dle této Smlouvy Zadavateli, mohou být Zadavatelem postoupeny bez zbytečného odkladu nabyvatelempředchozího písemného souhlasu Zdravotnického zařízení nebo Zkoušejícího.
