QCBS Technical Score. 2.1. A Technical Score (Ts) shall be assigned to the bidders. The evaluation for the Technical score shall be based on the documents submitted, presentations/workshops organized by the Bidders and also based on the Proof of Concepts (PoCs) demonstrated by the Bidders against the ‘Problem Statement’ mentioned by tendering authority in EOI. The clarifications provided by the Bidders during the evaluation process or furnished during the presentation and the content of the presentation shall also be considered for evaluation. The maximum technical score shall be 100, out of which 50 marks shall be from the evaluation of the parameters listed at Para (1.3.4 & 1.3.5) below and 50 marks shall be from the evaluation of PoC (Para (1.3.3)). 2.2. The Bidders, whose Technical Scores are less than fifty (50) points (cut-off score), shall not be considered for next stage of evaluation process, i.e. for evaluation for financial scores.
