The Investor has received a copy of the Company's Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, the Information Statement and this Agreement and has read and understands the respective contents thereof. The Investor has had the opportunity to ask questions of the Company and has received answers to such questions from the Company. The Investor has carefully reviewed and evaluated these documents and understands the risks and other considerations relating to the investment.
