QNECS — Extraordinary Employer Contributions. Any Employer may make a QNEC in such amount, if any, as shall be determined by it. A Participant’s or former Participant’s right to benefits attributable to QNECs made to the Plan on his behalf shall be nonforfeitable. In no event will QNECs be distributed before Salary Deferral Contributions may be distributed from the Plan.
