QUALIFICATION AND RATE OF COMPENSATION. After completing one year of Service and for each year of Service thereafter, a regular employee shall be allowed sick leave with pay for a total of 80 hours per calendar year. A regular part-time employee or intermittent employee shall be allowed sick leave with pay for such portion of 80 hours per calendar year as the ratio of straight-time hours worked in a year to 2,080 hours. Current sick leave will not be credited unless the employee first performs services in the new year. (Amended 1-1-09)
