Qualification, Education, and Training. (a) Each person engaged in manufacturing, testing, packaging, labeling, or holding Production Materials or Finished Products, or in performing any Quality control operations, shall have the education, background, training, and/or experience to adequately perform the person’s assigned functions. (b) You shall assign personnel qualified by education, training, and/or experience to supervise the manufacturing, testing, packaging, labeling, and holding of Production Materials and. Finished Products. (c) You shall establish procedures for identifying training needs and ensure that appropriate personnel are trained to adequately perform their assigned functions. Training shall be documented to assure that all personnel have a thorough understanding of their jobs.
