Trash Disposal. Tenant shall provide trash bins or other adequate garbage disposal facilities within the trash enclosure areas provided or permitted by Landlord outside the Leased Premises sufficient for the interim disposal of all of its trash, garbage and waste. All such trash, garbage and waste temporarily stored in such areas shall be stored in such a manner so that it is not visible from outside of such areas, and Tenant shall cause such trash, garbage and waste to be regularly removed from the Property. Tenant shall keep the Leased Premises and the Outside Areas in a clean, safe and neat condition free and clear of all of Tenant's trash, garbage, waste and/or boxes, pallets and containers containing same at all times.

Trash Disposal. Tenant shall provide trash and garbage disposal facilities inside the Leased Premises for all of its trash, garbage and waste requirements and shall cause such trash, garbage and waste to be regularly removed from the Leased Premises at Tenant’s sole cost. Tenant shall keep all areas outside the Leased Premises and all fire corridors and mechanical equipment rooms in or about the Leased Premises free and clear of all trash, garbage, waste and boxes containing same at all times.
Trash Disposal. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord is not responsible for the disposal of Tenant’s waste, garbage or trash and that Tenant shall arrange, in its own name and at its sole cost, for the regular and periodic removal of such waste, garbage or trash from the Leased Premises. In no event shall Landlord be required to provide trash bins for the disposal of Tenant’s waste, garbage or trash.

Landlord shall cause such trash, garbage and waste to be regularly removed from the trash bins/garbage disposal facilities and the Property. Subject to the foregoing removal obligation of Landlord, Tenant shall keep the interior of the Leased Premises in a clean, safe and neat condition and shall keep the Common Areas free and clear of all of Tenant’s trash, garbage, waste and/or boxes, pallets and containers containing same at all times.
Trash Disposal. Tenant shall store all its trash and garbage within the Premises or in other facilities provided by Landlord. Tenant shall not place in any trash box or receptacle any material which cannot be disposed of in the ordinary and customary manner of trash and garbage disposal. All garbage and refuse disposal shall be made in accordance with directions issued from time to time by Landlord.

Landlord hereby represents that that the waste storage area as it exists as of the Effective Date of this Lease is sufficient for the operations existing therein as such operations have been conducted by Landlord as of the Effective Date of this Lease. Tenant shall keep the Leased Premises and the Common Areas in a clean, safe and neat condition free and clear of all of Tenant's trash, garbage, waste and/or boxes, pallets and containers containing same at all times.
Trash Disposal. No trash, garbage, waste, or refuse shall be stored or disposed of in any common area of the Bovet Office Centre, except in the dumpsters or trash containers provided by Landlord for that purpose. All cardboard and wooden boxes shall be broken down and flattened before they may be disposed of in such dumpsters and trash containers. Tenants shall only use such dumpsters and trash containers for disposal on non-hazardous trash or waste generated at the Bovet Office Centre in connection with the ordinary conduct of such tenants' business at the Bovet Office Centre in accordance with the terms and conditions of their respective leases. Any tenant desiring Landlord's services for removal or disposal of additional quantities of non-hazardous trash or waste generated by such tenant at the Bovet Office Centre shall so notify Landlord, and Landlord shall endeavor to provide such service at its then standard charges. Trash Disposal. A. Lessee may utilize available dumpsters for office trash can waste only. Packing skids, boxes, or garbage from the office or home is not to be placed in or around dumpsters, Lessor reserves the right to xxxx Lessee for extra trash pick-ups as a result. It is the sole responsibility of Lessee to dispose of excessive trash and packaging material somewhere else.
Trash Disposal. Residents are responsible for removing one’s own trash and placing it in the area’s dumpster, rather than in common area trash cans. Trash should not be placed outside of any dumpster. Trash is prohibited from being stored temporarily in stairwells or in breezeways for any time frame. Garbage belonging to a Resident, found in hallways, stairwells, breezeways, or restrooms may be returned to the Resident for proper disposal. Disciplinary action may be taken for repeated offenses.
