Qualification of the Plan and Trust. The Trustee shall be fully protected in assuming that the Plan and Trust meet the requirements of Code Sections 401 and 501, respectively, and all the applicable provisions of ERISA, unless they are advised to the contrary in writing by the Committee or a governmental agency.
