Qualification to Act of Initial Trustee. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, during the period that the Initial Trustee remains the sole Trustee of the Trust, he shall have the power to conduct the business of the Trust and carry on its operations to the fullest extent permitted by this Agreement and to take any action required to be taken by the Trustees on behalf of the Trust.
