Common use of Qualifications to Conduct Business Clause in Contracts

Qualifications to Conduct Business. SUBGRANTEE affirms that it has all of the approvals, licenses, or other qualifications needed to conduct business in Ohio and all are current. If at any time during the Agreement period SUBGRANTEE, for any reason, becomes disqualified from conducting business in the State of Ohio, SUBGRANTEE will immediately notify ODM in writing and will immediately cease performance of all Subgrant activities.
